This module ensures that preforms are rotated before passing neck-down in front of the heating elements, and again afterward. During the heating phase, the preforms are rotated and the necks are shielded from heat to optimize thermal distribution without distorting the neck. Heating is performed via 10 heating modules. Each module can accommodate up to 8 horizontally-stacked IR lamps, with air-cooled ends. The heating output of the 8 zones—matching the 8 lamp rows—is adjustable to optimize the temperature profile. These zones are regulated across all SBO models. After heating, an IR camera monitors preform temperature, enabling automatic adjustment of the controlled zones to maintain the required temperature at all times.

Sie bietet eine robuste, kompakte Lösung für eine leistungsstarke Produktion. Das innovative und technisch einfache Design gewährleistet optimale Effizienz sowie ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Mit vier Kavitäten produziert die Maschine bis zu 6.800 Flaschen pro Stunde und verarbeitet Flaschenformate von 0,1 bis 2,5 Litern. Die solide und übersichtliche Bauweise der KSB 4L ermöglicht dem Bediener Flexibilität bei gleichzeitig geringem Wartungsaufwand. Das Betriebsstundenzähler zeigt 22.000 Betriebsstunden an. Heizsystem und Preformzuführung in der KOSME KSB 4L Blasformmaschine Das Heizsystem der KSB 4L arbeitet mit vier Heizmodulen und acht Heizzonen und bietet eine Heizleistung von 46 kW. Das patentierte Positionierungssystem platziert die Infrarotlampen präzise und sorgt dafür, dass die Vorformen optimal und ohne Öffnen des Ofens erwärmt werden. Für einen effizienten Ablauf richtet das Förderbandsystem die Vorformen aus und positioniert sie richtig, was die Heizphase beschleunigt und die Rüstzeiten verkürzt. Blasprozess und Produktionseffizienz Das pneumatische Separiersystem der KOSME KSB 4L reguliert den Abstand der Vorformen von 40 mm im Ofen auf 120 mm in der Form. Der Blasprozess findet in einer vollständig austauschbaren Station statt, die sich flexibel an unterschiedliche Flaschendurchmesser anpassen lässt. Nach dem Erwärmen werden die Preforms in die Formkavitäten überführt, wo sie versiegelt, gestreckt und geblasen werden. Der Kühlwasserbedarf liegt bei 6,6 m³/h mit einer Zulauftemperatur zwischen 5 und 7 °C, die Kühllast beträgt 20,8 kW.
