Throughfeed Veneer Press Sergiani LAS Plus

Automatic press with continuous operation for the production of flush doors, high-quality doors (veneered doors, HPL, CPL) and pre-finished parquet (2 - 3 layers). The press enables consecutive loading of workpieces while the pressure in the other chambers is kept constant. The line requires up to 2 operators. The multi-daylight press enables very high production output. Pressing time is approx. 3 minutes (180 seconds) distributed across 10 press levels, meaning the press opens every 18 seconds, processing a new panel. The press is already dismantled and stored. The system was in operation until dismantling.

The previous owner used the machine for producing 3-layer parquet. The bottom layer was inserted manually. The middle layer consists of one piece, was glued on top and bottom, and automatically loaded into the line. The top layer was also automatically loaded.

Glue application machine/glue not included in the scope of supply (available as an option).
