WINDOR 60 is an integrated machining center for flexible production of windows and doors. The WINDOR 60 allows the following operations:

1.1 Cross-cutting with specification of the finished workpiece length.
1.2 Tenoning with automatic workpiece rotation and manual feed (automatic on request) into the profiling unit.
1, 2 or 3 tenoning units (option) with a clamping length of 620 mm with counter support and chip guard Jolly/L are available.
An option for automatic execution of angled tenons (max. +/- 60°) is available on request.
1.3 Drilling (option). Drilling operations can be performed at the face and/or longitudinal side of the workpieces.
Dowel drilling, handle hole drilling, and cup hinge drilling are possible.
1.4 Right-side profiling. Two profile spindles with clamping lengths of 320 mm and 620 mm (option), each with counter support, are available, for up to a maximum of 4 units in series. All right guides (and, optionally, the left guide) are CNC-controlled.
1.5 Left-side profiling: for processing workpieces that require left side profiling, the following are available:
- vertical auxiliary profiling spindle (option) with a clamping length of 620 mm (not lowerable). Up to a maximum of 4 units in series.
1.6 Underside and/or top profiling (option)
1.7 Groove for hardware (option): continuous or interrupted grooves possible.
1.8 The cutting of the glazing bead is performed in the last position on the right side of the profiling unit. The working unit is fully equipped with riving knife and holding device. A guide (ON/OFF control via CNC) allows for proper clamping of the workpiece.
1.9 The rebating of the sash frames (option) is carried out within the profiling unit of the machine, with the right side straightedge serving as a reference stop. The left guide, which can be manually disengaged, adapts to the table and compensates for potential width differences of the workpiece up to 20 mm. The time-controlled working unit, located at the infeed and with left/right rotation, acts as a chip guard.
2.0 Workstation and space requirements
On the Windor 60, the operator is positioned ergonomically in the center of the machine, giving optimal oversight of the entire machining process. The clamp, which opens towards the operator, makes loading of workpieces extremely easy. The Windor 60 requires minimal floor space: thanks to its special design, the tenoning unit can be installed against a wall or in corners, making the best use of available workshop space. In the case of automatic infeed into the profiling unit (option), discharge occurs via the tenoning unit downhill, moving the pieces to the left.
