The base structure consists of a monolithic design made from thick-walled steel. It is reinforced with welded triangular plates across the entire machine bed, making it extremely stable. The triangular shape used for load-bearing components features a wide base—this is the key to lasting precision and stability. The machine layout enables optimal workflow for the operator, even with minimal space requirements. This construction provides the machining unit with a balanced and secure foundation, ensuring excellent load distribution.
The mobile aggregate carrier is built from a solid monoblock. It is positioned along the X-axis with prismatically ground rails and recirculating ball carriages. On this mobile carrier, the working unit itself is mounted on similarly ground, prismatic rails with a recirculating ball carriage.
