Pressure-blasting and injector-blasting processes combined in a single blasting unit. One blast cabinet for any application!

The "T-Rex 140 Double Power" pressure/injector blast cabinet can be used either with the pressure blasting process or the injector blasting process. This versatility allows for handling even the most demanding blasting tasks. The integrated injector system can be used for lighter blasting applications, saving on costly compressed air consumption. Selection between pressure and injector blasting modes is easily operated via a selector switch at the base of the cabinet.

The compact, combined pressure/injector blast cabinet features an integrated cartridge filter extraction system. With its permanently installed filtration unit, the sandblasting cabinet requires minimal space and can be easily relocated using a pallet truck or forklift.

Thanks to the cabinet’s compact design, it is immediately ready for operation; simply connect the compressed air and power supply, and fill in the blasting media.

The integrated cartridge filter extraction system ensures optimal visibility in the blasting chamber. At the same time, it provides excellent abrasive cleaning, enabling the maximum reuse of blasting media. Utilizing state-of-the-art fan technology results in extremely low power consumption (0.75 kW), which makes the injector blast cabinet very cost-efficient.

Our high-performance injector blast head (fresh blasting head) generates strong suction and delivers high blasting performance, enabling fast, economical operation with the suction blast cabinet. The blast nozzle is made from boron carbide for extremely long service life, even when using corundum abrasive. The pressure blast head is also equipped with a boron carbide blast nozzle for maximum durability.

A modern, energy-efficient LED lamp, mounted dust-protected on the cabinet roof, offers optimal illumination of the blasting chamber, ensuring fast, fatigue-free, and productive work.

Our sandblasting cabinets are constructed from heavy-gauge steel plate, providing a high load capacity for the work grate.

All SAPI blast cabinets comply with the latest safety standards and are equipped with a door safety switch that immediately stops blasting if the cabinet is opened during operation.

Suitable blasting media include metallic abrasives, steel shot, steel grit, chilled iron, stainless steel blasting media, corundum, glass beads, plastic granulate, plant-based granules, and more.
