Graphic input support for data entry either as absolute values or via teach-in process for pre-programmed grinding and dressing cycles. SIEMENS LCD display with softkeys for setting all parameters and clear monitoring of axis movements and work progress.
• Electronic handwheel for 3 axes X, Y, Z with selectable feed increment: 0.01 / 0.1 / 1 mm/rev.
• Table movement via roller-ring screw drive (GT), enabling both very high and very low table speeds with constant torque and very high efficiency.
• Cross and vertical movements via ballscrew drive with incremental glass scale encoder.
• Single-point diamond dresser mounted on the table. (Previously equipped with an electric straight-line dressing device EGA 100, but this is currently not present.)
• MPM fully automatic balancing device AB 100 (flange-mounted sensor currently missing).
• Fine-pole electromagnetic chuck 2,000 x 600 mm with adjustable holding force.
• Wet grinding equipment with universal paper belt filter system UPF 100 with magnetic separator.
