Glazing Bead Saw on Sliding Work Table

Developed for simultaneous cutting of glazing beads in pairs on a sliding work table

The RU-GL glazing bead saw is mounted on a sliding work table equipped with sensing and clamping devices for two glazing beads. Cutting length: min. 230 mm, max. 2380 mm. Left saw is fixed, right saw is mounted on a carriage, adjustable manually. Pneumatic top and side clamping device, two-hand safety control. Saw motors 0.37 kW, voltage 400V. Sliding work table with felt pad, length including side extension 3300 mm, width 1400 mm, working height 800–1000 mm. Pneumatically lowerable counter supports for positioning window sashes.

Pos. 1.6 Operating time switching unit for standalone extraction system. Adjustable from 5 sec. to 3 hrs. Extraction operates automatically for the set time with each sawing operation. If another cut is made during the extraction period, the timer resets.
