Complete Ice Cream Production Line – Finamac + Rotopack

For sale is a cup ice cream production line, consisting of three machines. The line enables seamless production—from freezing and ingredient blending to filling and sealing of cups.

1. Finamac Super-C Continuous Freezer – Year 2015
Continuous ice cream freezer for consistently smooth, finely textured ice cream.
Features:

2. Finamac IF-900 Ingredient Feeder – Year 2015
Professional dosing unit for ice cream inclusions such as nuts, fruit pieces, chocolate chunks, etc.
Features:
- Synchronized dosing for continuous ice cream production

- Hygienic and robust stainless steel construction
- Precise mixing ratio for consistent product quality

3. Rotopack Rotary Ice Cream Filler (Year 2023)
For sale is a Rotopack rotary ice cream cup filler – year of manufacture 2023, formerly a display and demo unit, therefore only low operating hours and in excellent condition.

Technical features:
- For filling ice cream into cups (currently set for 125 ml; other formats available on request)
- Fully made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum
- Pneumatically assisted electromechanical operation
- Fast format changeover
- Complies with all food safety regulations and EC directives

Functionality:
The machine fills ice cream cups and can close them either with snap-on lids or heat-seal film.
An upgrade by the manufacturer is possible to enable both sealing methods to be run simultaneously (heat-seal and lidding).

Current configuration:
- Set up for 125 ml cups
- Tooling for other formats can be custom-made by the manufacturer

Stations (6 total, 5 currently equipped):
1. Cup infeed
2. Filling
3. Lid or film infeed
4. Heat-sealing station
5. Free (available for future upgrades)
6. Discharge

The photos show the unit as new. In the meantime, it has been used at a trade fair and as a demonstration unit in a production setting.
