Rational iVario Pro XL

This is the latest generation of the VarioCooking Center: the iVario Pro XL 150-liter from the premium manufacturer Rational (successor to the VCC 311). This multifunctional tilting frying pan is equipped with the options for pressure cooking and Balanced Power 34 kW instead of 41 kW (reduced connected load). The unit has been inspected and serviced in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional.

Accessories for the iVario XL can be purchased on request for an additional charge.
