Rapid DGS

Stanje: novo, Working length 4000, 5000 mm Working height 120 mm Tiltable: yes Rapid DGS 200 Double Mitre Saw ----- with saw blade diameter 420 mm, manual length adjustment with digital length display Perfect dimensional and angular accuracy guaranteed. We use precise and efficient drive technology for this: Linear ball bearing guides for length adjustment, spring-mounted tilting units for convenient and safe angle adjustment between 45° and 90°. Both length and angle adjustment on this double-head mitre saw are performed manually. Enhanced operator comfort and productivity can be achieved by means of the digital length display. System features: ----- - Manual length and angle adjustment - Saw blade Ø 420 mm - Robust welded frame construction - Ball-bearing linear guides with long service life - Hardened guide shafts - Electronically balanced saw blade flange - Direct-drive motor - Tilting axis mounted on both sides Digital length display: ----- - Digital length display with 30 profile numbers and associated corrections - Edit the 30 profile numbers (name + correction) directly via the display - Correction calculated automatically according to saw angle (45° and 90°) - Piece counter: If the length display changes by more than 0.1 mm, the piece count resets to "0" - Stop for short parts: automatic conversion of length and profile height according to angle position Application examples: ----- Window, door, façade, conservatory, insect screen profiles, partition wall systems, interior sliding door elements - PVC, PVC-aluminium - Aluminium - Wood, wood-aluminium Maximum precision thanks to twin-shaft guidance ----- With 420 mm saw blades, a wide range of aluminium or PVC profile systems can be processed. Simple operation, maximum precision, and reliability make the DGS200 particularly attractive for insect screen frame production in small batches. The DGS200 double mitre saw is also popular as an entry-level model for window manufacturing. In the woodworking sector, the saw is used for cutting a variety of strips in furniture construction and interior design.
