Q-Fin Quality Finishing Solutions SER1200

This SER1200 Multibrush VAC is currently available in our showroom and has only been used for several demonstrations. You can still view this machine at our showroom in Bergeijk.

Discover the innovatively developed SER1200 Multibrush finishing machine, designed with 4 processing stations and 17 controllable motors. The entire finishing machine is operated via the HMI touchscreen, which is highly intuitive and ensures effortless operation. The touchscreen allows for easy selection of various finishing programs, resulting in high repeatability of product quality and preventing setup errors by the operator. Thanks to the automatic height adjustment at the processing stations, consistency and precision are always guaranteed.

At the first station, burrs and irregularities are removed using a grinding unit, resulting in a flat, burr-free surface. After grinding, four oscillating combination brushes apply light pressure to the product, rounding all edges and holes both around and in the surface of the product. For the final process, the Multibrush round brushes ensure flawless post-processing. The six brushes provide a non-directional finish and round the edges with a radius of 2+ mm, giving the product a high-quality and durable appearance.

The SER1200 Multibrush finishing machine is also available in an XL version, which adds a fifth station to the machine. This fifth station features a second grinding unit, allowing you to apply a line finish to your product using a finer grinding belt or scotch-brite belt.

The SER finishing machine uses a unique brush combination, with Q-Fin being the only supplier on the market offering this solution, which we call: "The Ultimate Qombination." This allows a radius of 2+ mm to be achieved in a single pass.
