Deburring and Fine Grinding Machine for Sheet Metal / Flat Material, new
The compact machining center for deburring, slag removal, derusting, oxide layer removal, edge rounding, fine grinding, and polishing of metal surfaces.
Thanks to its fixed working height, this machine can be optimally integrated into a production line and is suitable for processing large components.

Wide belts with abrasive belt length: 2620 mm
Equipped as standard with a vacuum holding system, optionally with a magnetic holding system
The use of 2620 mm long abrasive belts ensures a consistently smooth surface finish and reduces consumable costs due to the belts' longer lifespan.
Thanks to the modular design of the machine, the optimal configuration for the customer's processing requirements can be offered.
The machine structure can accommodate up to 5 internal processing units and 2 additional external processing units.
The high rigidity of the machine frame and feed table, in combination with advanced mechanics and electronics, make this series a universal machining center for deburring and final finishing.
