Material design and chemical resistance:

As standard, all media-exposed components such as tank interior, workpiece basket, and filter unit are made from V2A / AISI 304 stainless steel.

Depending on the chemical used and the process conditions, these components can optionally be made from V4A / AISI 316 stainless steel. V4A is especially recommended for aggressive, chloride-containing, or highly corrosive chemicals.

For proper material selection, please provide us with the technical data sheet or chemical composition of your intended paint stripping agent prior to quotation.
