Depending on the process, it enables handling up to 8 different chemicals with a variable number of tanks. All tanks are made from 316 stainless steel and are insulated. The number of tanks and heated tanks is determined according to your process requirements. ✅Tank heating is provided via gas heat exchangers. All processes can be monitored and both time and temperature for each stage can be set via the PLC touchscreen. ✅Any faults that occur in the system can be tracked via the control panel. Automatic float switches are installed in each tank; if the water or chemical level is too low, the system automatically stops and replenishes fluid by transferring between tanks, ensuring safe operation. ✅A drip tray is installed under all tanks, manufactured from 316 stainless steel. The tanks are made of 2 mm thick 316 stainless steel. The material is penetration-tested and the tanks are argon-welded and sealed. Grates in the tanks prevent debris from reaching the pumps.
