Opis
Ovens for the polymerization of powder coatings are designed for heating elements coated with powder paint. Heating is achieved through continuous air circulation, forced by the fan assembly. During the heating process, the powder melts and forms a homogeneous coating structure on the object’s surface, which bonds well to the substrate.
Ventilated ovens – dryers – can also be used to dry metal items after degreasing or etching.
A stable temperature value and a wide range of settings during powder melting make the dryer suitable for any type of powder coating.

The large color touchscreen panel is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and intuitive to operate. All essential parameters are set using this panel.
Storage for 20 programs with 10 events

It is possible to save up to 20 programs and activate up to 10 consecutive time-temperature events arranged in the heating curve. This feature is particularly important for more demanding processes.
Power consumption information
Consumption is calculated based on the burner settings. With this function, you can estimate cycle costs, plan consumption, and monitor personnel usage.
Dual-channel USB cycle parameter recorder
Each oven is equipped with a recorder that logs all ignition parameters, including two temperature channels—like a flight data recorder—onto a USB drive. The system also allows for the analysis of monthly or daily reports, including media usage and performance. Each heating start, door opening, and other actions are chronologically stored for years. Such a dedicated feature is not offered by any other manufacturer. This system has been developed from the ground up by our engineers.
Automatic oven start at 6 a.m.

When a cycle begins, how long will it last? We calculate and display the remaining time based on the heating dynamics.
Automatic exhaust flue
The chimney can be programmed to open a few minutes before the end of the heating process to ventilate the chamber. It can be remotely controlled from the control panel and does not require a mechanical actuator, unlike most conventional systems.
Self-closing door
Simply pull the door to open. The lock features adjustable door pressure. To close, simply push—the lock catches the door and automatically pulls it shut.
The ThPID system is designed to overcome the inertia effect known as hysteresis. The standard solution operates using a constant-power on/off principle. ThPID is a system in which, after reaching the set temperature, the required current heating power is selected via voltage control to minimize temperature fluctuations.
