CNC flexible line for drilling and insertion, for the production of fronts
Machine control: BECKHOFF (programming software BLUESYS + MDE software package).

Consisting of:

A) IGEL panel storage system for infeed

B) Front processing system (FLEXIBLE Drilling and Insertion) BAT-RTW-CNC
1 sturdy base frame with a geared slewing ring for accommodating a workpiece clamping system with 4 stations; the rotary drive is provided by a geared motor with frequency inverter.
Each workpiece clamping station consists of a fixed right support arm and a left support arm adjustable to the workpiece length, as well as precise locking within the processing stations. The processing stations are attached to the base frame:
