Our skyLaser Mark nameplate laser systems are used exactly where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. Using a fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064nm, even the finest structures can be created in almost any material. The advantage in your application is geometric flexibility and high processing accuracy. Regardless of the hardness of the workpiece, this type of processing can be applied. The adjustable and mobile worktable further increases system flexibility. You can easily integrate the system into your production line or use it as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLaser Mark provides highly precise and durable markings (laser engravings) and is especially suitable for the nameplate laser machine application area: metals and certain organic materials.

A wide variety of fonts can be used, and applying barcodes, serial numbers, logos, and images is effortless. Thanks to the outstanding resolution, virtually all marking requirements can be fulfilled. The production of embossing stamps, engravings, labels, and complex fine structures is made easy with extremely user-friendly software. Even very complex and demanding marking tasks can be easily set up on the supplied industrial PC. Precise positioning is quick and simple, thanks to the optional observation camera for process monitoring and software-assisted workpiece alignment.

As the system has virtually no wearing parts and, thanks to IPG laser technology, is nearly maintenance-free, it is particularly suitable for industrial applications and continuous operation.
