TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Stainless steel materials V2A 304ss or V4A 316ss can be used, depending on the preferred surface treatment. The sidewalls of the tank are insulated with 50 mm glass wool. Tanks requiring heating can be equipped with a serpentine heater or electric heating. Temperature control is digital, with monitoring provided. If required, an air mixing device can be added to the tanks. Stainless steel ball valves are used for drainage in the tanks.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
The process is based on surface cleaning and treatment by placing the material to be treated into baskets, immersing them using a crane in tanks with chemicals and/or water, and allowing them to remain there for a set period. The aim is to remove any existing oil film from the metal surface and to generate a thin film that improves paint adhesion and increases resistance to external influences.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION AND ADVANTAGES:
Fields include the automotive sector, household goods, lighting industry, and general engineering—especially in applications where no continuous production is necessary, or where high and consistent quality with less manpower is required in facilities where alternate solutions are unavailable due to the material's shape or size, or where very high capacities cannot be achieved. Chemical and temperature values can be optionally monitored and controlled through automation.

APPLICATION:
Immersion-type surface cleaning applications vary depending on the requirements and strength needed for each sector.

As illustrated by these two main applications:
- Iron phosphate surface treatment
- Zinc phosphate surface treatment

Additionally, cleaning and degreasing processes can also be performed.

DRYING OVEN:
Generally, the operating principle of drying ovens—serving as the final step in immersion-type surface cleaning equipment—is similar to that of box ovens. However, to suit immersion-type surface cleaning systems, the lid sections are arranged on the top of the oven, and the surface cleaning parts are dried in the same basket. With this drying system, parts are placed in the drying oven and are ready for painting after drying.
