Stanje: dober (rabljeno), Ujemalnik iskric, predhodni ujemalnik iskric za prezračevalni kanal, sesalnik za kovinske opilke, sesalnik za prah, sesalni sistem, prezračevalni kanali in priključni elementi -Ujemalnik iskric: z bakrenimi lamelami Lsdjz A Thnspfx Akcsah -Priključek: Ø 400 mm -Dimenzije: 680/510/V540 mm -Teža: 48 kg

Stanje: novo, Air flow rate: 1860 m³/h Suction/Pressure: 2,900 Pa Drive power: 1.1 kW Filter area: 10 m² Sound pressure level: 72 dB(A) Connection: 400/50 V/Hz Space requirement: approx. 665 x 820 x 1365 mm Weight: approx. 165 kg Mobile extraction unit, welding fume extraction (manual cleaning by compressed air) - Extraction arm 3 m, joints internal - Filter cartridge: Dust class M - Particle pre-separator: deflection plate - Power supply: 3Ph+N+PE Lajdpfokm Rynjx Akcjh The Filter System ----- The mobile filter unit type StrongMaster IFA is especially suited for welding operations involving unalloyed and alloyed steels, galvanized materials, and aluminum where there is heavy fume generation. It complies with the safety requirements for equipment of welding fume class "W3" (high-alloy steels with alloy components > 30% nickel-based alloy). When used as intended, the unit can be operated in recirculation mode, as it fulfills the conditions for exemptions in accordance with TRGS 560. The filter is cleaned from the clean air side through a maintenance door using a compressed air gun. The cleaned-off particles fall into a dust collection drawer for convenient disposal. The powerful centrifugal fan ensures a high air flow even with saturated filter cartridges. Filter Media ----- A deflection plate serves as a pre-separator for coarse particles. The downstream filter cartridge (dust class M, separation efficiency >99%) removes even the finest fume and dust particles. The cartridge is factory-coated for extended service life. The Extraction Arm ----- The extraction arm is easily positioned by the three internal, spring-supported joints and remains stable in the set position. An integrated throttle valve in the extraction hood allows for adjustment of the air flow.

No. 10224980 Extraction unit, welding fume extraction (with automatic cleaning) - Hose arm 3 m, internal joints - Filter cartridge: Dust class M - Pre-filter: Baffle plate - Power supply: 3Ph+N+PE The Filter Unit ----- The mobile filter unit Cartmaster IFA is particularly suitable for welding applications with unalloyed and alloyed steels, galvanized materials, and aluminium in environments with high fume generation due to its automatic cleaning system. It meets the safety requirements for devices in welding fume class "W3" (high-alloyed steels with alloy components > 30% nickel-based alloy). When used as intended, the system can be operated in recirculation mode, as it fulfills the exception regulations according to TRGS 560. The specifically developed, contamination-dependent cleaning system ensures excellent filter cartridge regeneration, guaranteeing optimal extraction performance throughout operation. The separated particles are collected in a dust drawer, from which they can be properly disposed of. The powerful screw fan maintains high airflow even when the filter cartridge is saturated. Filter Media ----- A baffle plate serves as a pre-separator for coarse particles. The subsequent filter cartridge (dust class M, separation efficiency >99%) filters the finest fumes and dust particles. The cartridge is factory coated, which increases service life. The Extraction Arm ----- The extraction arm can be effortlessly positioned via its 3 internal, spring-supported joints and remains stable in the selected position. A throttle valve integrated in the extraction hood enables adjustment of the airflow volume.
