The compaction process is achieved solely by hydraulic pressing without the addition of any binding agents. Depending on the material, the volume of the input material can be reduced by up to 90%. The standard silo has a capacity of approx. 0.5 m³. Depending on customer requirements, individual MPP NEM units can be combined into a complete system. The press’s chip hopper can be loaded manually, via conveyor belt, dust extractor, or with a tipping skip. For fully automated systems, the use of a lift-and-tip device in combination with a shredder is recommended. The MPP NEM series briquetting presses are designed for the production of briquettes from homogeneous material. The length of a briquette, depending on the model, ranges from 40 to 80 mm, and the diameter—depending on the type—from 50, 65, or 70 mm. For emulsion recovery, the briquetting press can be equipped with a drip tray to collect and reclaim coolant, cutting, and lubricating fluids.
