Machine designed for the production of medical screws. Equipped with an automatic workpiece feeder via a Rübenach vibratory bowl with pneumatic swing gripper for insertion of blanks, as well as with counter-center (inserter) and ejector in the workpiece spindle head. Pneumatic workpiece clamping device in the workpiece spindle head.
The finished parts are ejected and fall into a collection container.
The tool slide is designed as both a longitudinal and a cross slide; the longitudinal slide determines the thread length and pitch via the leadscrew, and the cross slide determines the thread depth.
