Description
Electropneumatic, vertical, linear-guided automatic saw for use with HSS saw blades, enabling series cuts from 60° left to 45° right on steel. The machine also operates in semi-automatic cycle. CNC automatic machine with multiprocessor and two axes controlled by the latest generation MEP control system, allowing up to 1,000 different cutting programs, each with individual cutting length and piece quantity for consistent material thickness.

- New centralized control console on an articulated arm, so the operator can easily reach the emergency stop button from any working position.
- NEW: Fieldbus communication system (Modbus protocol) with dual microprocessor and serial port.
- Display with 20 characters x 4 lines to show the following technical parameters: + Blade speed + Number of programmed and completed cuts + Blade thickness + Feed length + Cutting time + Amperemeter + Display of over 100 diagnostic messages and alerts
- NEW: Display and entry of alarm and error messages, with the option to view occurred incidents.
- NEW: 600 mm material feed with stepper motor and ball screw, mounted on opposing ball bearings.
- NEW: Electronic inverter for continuous blade speed adjustment from 15 to 90 rpm (optional 30 to 150 rpm).
- NEW: Low-voltage control panel: Polyester membrane keypad with thermoformed and raised tactile buttons and operation confirmation signal.
- Dual gear set for high sawing performance.
- The saw head slides on linear double ball recirculation guides.
- Coaxial cylinder with bypass valve for rapid approach and a potentiometric linear transducer for detecting head position.
- Stroke of the saw bow programmable directly from the control panel for adaptation to the cutting material.
- Adaptive cutting force control.
- Swivel table with central pin and axial bearing for precise execution of miter cuts.
- Pneumatic vertical vice.
- Electric coolant pump for blade cooling and lubrication.
- Chip removal brush.
- Signaling lamp for program end or emergency stop.
- HSS saw blade Ø 350 x 32 x 2.5 mm for solid and profile material.
- Prepared for the installation of a minimum quantity lubrication system (OPTIONAL), in addition to the standard emulsion oil lubrication.
