Highly Efficient Series Production

Clamping – Enter cutting dimension – Start. Automatic saws with feed are standard in efficient serial processing of bar and bundle materials. Maximum cutting range up to 290 x 320 mm.


Equipment
Automatic hydraulic sawing machine with NC control
designed for cuts from 0° to 60° right, compliant with all CE safety standards
The unit features 9 programs, each consisting of up to 99 individual steps,
with a total of approximately 890 cutting positions and corresponding piece counter
Function: Material feed, closing of fixed vice, blade rotation, distribution of emulsifiable fluid, bow descent
until completion of the cut and return of the feed carriage to
the set position, bow return and blade rotation stop via coolant distribution, cycle repetition
Hydraulic feed, cut by cut, without length limitation
Numeric control of quantity and cut length
Hydraulic control unit with adjustable cutting pressure
Blade tension is monitored electro-mechanically via microswitch.
