GRATMAXX Deburring Brush Machine

The machine is suitable for deburring cut edges on:
Round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, solid materials, profiles of all kinds.

Materials:
Hard or soft steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics.

Working process:
Once the workpiece support and side stops are set, the burr-laden workpiece is lightly pressed against the brush, which rotates on its own axis. The workpiece itself does not need to be rotated, as this motion is performed by the brush.
The type of workpiece material, burr thickness, as well as the desired edge rounding determine the contact pressure and duration, typically around 1–5 seconds.
