Description – MEP Sawing Machine:

CCS version operating principle: Once the material is positioned and the vices are closed, the cutting cycle is initiated. The descent is performed by gravity, counterbalanced by a spring, and regulated by a hydraulic brake cylinder. Once the cut is complete, the saw arm is raised manually to the required position for material feed.

Equipment features:
- Electrical control panel (clearly marked wiring, ready status indicator, main safety switch with provision for padlock, speed switch/selector, emergency stop, thermal-magnetic protection, 24V low voltage system)
- Electronic blade tension converter with display
- Manual vice with quick-clamping
- Base frame with coolant tray and chip drawer (can be replaced by a motorized chip conveyor – optional)
- Electric coolant pump for band cooling and lubrication
- Chip removal brush
- Adjustable precision back gauge for repeatable cut lengths
- Designed for pallet truck transport
- Bi-metal blade for solid and profile material
