Operating principle in CCS version: After advancing the material and closing the vices, the cutting process is initiated. The lowering occurs by the weight of the saw arm itself, is balanced by a spring, and regulated by a hydraulic brake cylinder. Once the cut is complete, the saw arm is manually lifted to the required position for material feeding.

Electrical control panel (labeled wiring connections, indicator light for operational readiness, main safety switch with provision for padlock, selector or speed change switch, emergency stop, thermal-magnetic protection, 24-volt low voltage system).

Electronic tension converter for the saw band with on-screen display.
