The semi-automatic, hydraulic saws of the X-tech line offer top-level sawing technology and optimal performance for cutting special steels.

• The electro-welded machine frame and steel saw frame fulfill all cutting requirements and eliminate vibrations and noise.
• The chip conveyor is hydraulically driven and speed adjustable.
• All machine movements (saw frame, vice, feed, saw band guides) operate using modern linear guides with high static and dynamic load capacity, ensuring extremely low sliding friction.
• Another key feature is the material positioning rollers, driven by a hydraulic motor. They move at a right angle to the material, allowing optimal material clamping.
• Thanks to the height control of the saw band position, the operator can place the band close to the top of the material. After the cut, the band automatically returns to its previous position. Remaining in the lower position can also be selected as an alternative. During the cutting cycle, the software compares cutting load with preset parameters, allowing the sawing system to stop if irregularities are detected.
• The saw band is cleaned by two adjustable steel brushes, driven hydraulically.
• The hydraulic unit, including filter and pressure gauge, ensures exceptionally smooth operation at constant pressure.
• Finely ground carbide inserts that clamp the saw band, complete with side-hardened and adjustable guide rollers. The adjustable band guide moves automatically as close as possible to the material.
• The saw band is tensioned via a hydraulic cylinder controlled by the machine software. Tension is automatically relieved after a set period if the machine is in standby mode or after a cycle has finished.
• Automatic CNC-controlled versions are available in the X-TECH 900 / 1200 models, with a feed length of 500 mm for the high-production series.
• The material is supported by a table with seven rollers, driven by a hydraulic orbital motor, to ensure precise positioning even under maximum load.
• All guided movements are operated by four recirculating ball guides with a high capacity for static and dynamic loads, significantly reducing feed friction. Hardened and ground prismatic guides.
