Fully automatic operation with freely selectable angles between 30° - 135°, length and quantity. Simplified program creation and management for up to 255 programs.
The operator enters the sawing tasks via a cut diagram display panel. Input errors are minimized, allowing simple and reliable production order creation by different operators.
- MEBA high-performance package:
Saw feed via servo-controlled ball screw drive with automatic cutting pressure and feed monitoring, guaranteeing optimal conditions for each cutting job: constant pressure for solid material, constant feed for thin-walled profiles.
- Fast and precise material length feed via rack and pinion and AC drive, max. stroke length 2300 mm with integrated roller conveyor up to 3000 mm.
- Dual-sided opening of the gripper jaws on the feed system. Ribbed inserts for heavy material transport.
- Saw frame made from solid, vibration-damping steel welded construction.
- Saw band inclined by 3° relative to the material support surface, ensuring top cutting performance and life span when sawing steel construction profiles.
- Combined saw band guides, precision bearings for gentle saw band redirection. Beveled carbide slide guides for saw band guidance.
- Miter rotation point (zero point) is the intersection of the saw band and the fixed clamping jaw; thus, there is no change in cutting length when the angle changes. The cutting kerf width is automatically compensated at each angle position.

- NC miter angle programming. Control panel is always free-standing for these systems.
- Patented double miter clamping system (ERP No.), automatic positioning of clamping jaws. The clamping device automatically moves along with the material, according to the desired mitre, ensuring material is always clamped squarely and close to the saw band. Material clamping is performed using full stroke cylinders.
- Rapid-lowering of the saw frame via automatic height selection just above the workpiece. In serial cutting, the saw frame travels just above the material, allowing the next workpiece section to be positioned. Optimal cycle times for both single and serial cutting.
- AC frequency-controlled saw band drive, continuously adjustable from 15 - 150 m/min
- Backlash-free, preloaded, low-maintenance linear ball guides for material feed and saw frame feed, ensuring smooth and jerk-free operation.
