• Microprocessor program control (SIEMENS) with simple display. Program sequences are set via decade switches and stops (with vernier) and monitored on the display.
• Programs: Plunge grinding with/without cross positioning, surface grinding with incremental or continuous cross movement, creep feed grinding in conventional or counter direction with/without cross positioning. All programs include automatic roughing, finishing, sparking out cycles and automatic retraction.
• Automatic straight dressing device AF 65 S with automatic compensation of dressing amount and automatic adjustment of spindle speed for consistent cutting speed (with display)
• DIAFORM – wheel profiling device mounted above the grinding wheel
• Electrically controlled creep feed unit with feed rate and motor load display
• Short stroke device for controlling the table reversal and cross table clamping
