NOV IZPIRALNIK / POLNILEC / NAVOJNI ZAPIRAČ, SPORT CAP ZAPIRAČ:
Avtomatski rotacijski izpiralnik s 70 glavami, 70-glavi izobarni polnilni sistem, 15-glavi rotacijski stroj za navojne pokrovčke in 15-glavi sistem za športne zamaške, model Unibloc: 70x70x15x15. Opremljen z disk podajalnikom pokrovčkov, žlebom & čevljem, varnostnim pokrovom iz nerjavečega jekla, PLC/HMI Schneider, elektronskim BPM števcem in čitalnikom, senzorjem na vhodu in izhodu. Vključen je en komplet nastavitvenih delov za 250 ml PET steklenice. Vsi kontakti s produktom (rezervoar, ventili, deli v stiku s produktom) so iz nerjavečega jekla kakovosti SS316.

Konstrukcija iz predpoliranega nerjavečega jekla, 8’ dolžine, za premik praznih steklenic do šob za izpiranje ter izpranih steklenic do polnilnega stroja.
GLAVE ZA OPRIJEM STEKLENIC
Glave oprimejo steklenice za vrat. Nosilci griperjev so nameščeni na karuselu, s čimer drsijo ročice po
fiksnem spiralnem vodilu in obračajo steklenico, da je odprtina obrnjena navzdol proti šobi za izpiranje.
POSTOPEK ČIŠČENJA Z ZRAKOM
Ob vrtljaji steklenica pride v linijo s fiksno šobo tako, da odprtina delno prekriva šobo. Zračni curek po vnaprej nastavljenem času očisti notranjost steklenice.
