Used isobaric complete bottling line for still and sparkling wine up to 4,500 bph
This complete bottling line has been designed and configured to provide a high-quality, consistent filling process for both still and sparkling wines. It is based on an isobaric triblock system that integrates rinsing, filling, and capping functions in a continuous flow, ensuring excellent efficiency while maintaining product integrity. The system is currently set up for still wines at a capacity of 4,500 bottles per hour and for sparkling wines at 3,000 bottles per hour.
It is already technically prepared for sparkling wine production and only requires, if necessary, a mushroom corker, a capsule applicator for spumante foils, and a heat tunnel.
The system is equipped with special conveyor belts, a central lubrication system, and separate control panels for conveyor management, which allow for easy maintenance and integration into existing plant automation. The entire layout follows a linear configuration, optimized for space utilization and ensuring smooth product transfer between individual stages without unnecessary bottlenecks.
Filling process and key machines
At the beginning of the line, empty bottles are automatically fed into the system via a depalletizer. This unit gently lifts the bottles and places them on the feed table while preserving their integrity. The bottles are then directed to the triblock system, where three key processes take place sequentially: rinsing, filling, and capping.
The isobaric filling technology ensures precise fill levels and uniform carbonation for sparkling wines, while also being perfectly suited for still wine bottling. The filling valves are designed to minimize oxygen uptake, which is essential for preserving the sensory qualities and shelf life of the wine. The rinser operates with clean water or a disinfectant solution to ensure bottles are free from contaminants before filling. The capping turret, currently configured for still wine closures, can be used with BVS screw caps or traditional corks, depending on the chosen format.

A dosing unit for gum arabic is integrated into the system. This unit enables the precise addition of stabilizers after filling, helping to maintain clarity and prevent sedimentation during storage. A dedicated steam generator (evaporator) is included for both line disinfection and, if required, preheating applications.
