For sale: Complete sawmill operation

The line starts with a Bongioanni band saw and a Costa Multiprisma saw. Designed for processing both soft and hardwood deciduous species.

The price includes the entire machinery lines, auxiliary equipment (such as dust extraction and waste recycling machines), all necessary saw blades and spare parts. The sawmill can be inspected in Cegléd, Hungary by prior appointment.

1. Production Line:
- 1-1 Log yard with log singulator
- 1-2 Costa Multiprisma 280: twin-shaft canting and log rotator, throughput 60-80 m³/8hrs depending on wood type and diameter
- 1-3 Roller conveyor with ejector
- 1-4 Custom-built cross-cut saw: single sizing with adjustable cutting sizes
- 1-5 Belt conveyors for bulky waste transport
- 1-6 Drum chipper
- 1-7 Chipper conveyors: screw conveyor, bucket elevator, chute, direct loading onto trolley/truck

2. Second Line:
- 2-1 Log storage with singulator
- 2-2 Log conveyor with ejector
- 2-3 Intermediate log yard with singulator
- 2-4 Bongioanni log band saw with carriage, 1300mm, digital control, pre-set size options, blade deviation indicator, laser guide, 25-45 m³/8hrs (depending on wood type, diameter and sawing pattern)
- 2-5 Roller conveyor with ejectors
- 2-6 Cross transfer conveyor with singulator
- 2-7 Storti TGS-78 cross-cut saw: digital control, three saw units for double-size cutting ability
- 2-8 Roller conveyor with grading sections
- 2-9 Intermediate cant storage
- 2-10 Roller conveyor
- 2-11 Costa Leopard II edger, 2-shaft with automatic feed and power control
- 2-12 Roller conveyor with ejector and sorting table
- 2-13 Belt conveyors for bulky waste
