Equipped with a natural rubber membrane, 2 mm thick, 780% elasticity, and temperature resistant up to 70 °C, fastened via a clamping system for efficient membrane changes. The perimeter seal of the press chamber is provided by a sealing profile in the membrane frame. Oil-lubricated vacuum pump with a suction capacity of 40 m³/h and two vacuum tanks, total capacity 200 liters. Evacuation and ventilation of the press chamber are controlled via a 3-way ball valve on the front of the machine. The machine is delivered pre-assembled on a pallet.
