Stanje: novo, MATRIX FAST 500 je najnovejši model v seriji avtomatskih čelilnih žag Stromab, ki s hitrim dvižnim žagalnim gibom omogoča do 40 % večjo produktivnost v primerjavi s standardnimi stroji – odvisno od vzorca razreza. Stroj je prvenstveno zasnovan za programirano in ponavljajoče rezanje iz standardnih in/ali naključnih dolžin lesa. Bsdpfx Ajb Tmwaeqtoll Nova visokohitrostna pnevmatska žagalna enota z nastavljivim nadzorom hitrosti omogoča tudi nastavitev omejitve hoda žage pri razrezu manjših desk, s čimer še dodatno povečujemo produktivnost. Potiskalec je opremljen z robustnim zobatiščno letvo in gonilom za hitro in natančno pozicioniranje, kar zagotavlja visoko ponovljivost reza. Povratek potiskalca v izhodiščni položaj je izveden pnevmatsko, kar omogoča pripravo naslednjega paketa lesa, še preden se potiskalec vrne v položaj pripravljenosti. Vhodne in izhodne mize so v celoti izdelane iz jekla, kar omogoča obdelavo tudi težkih sekcij ali paketov lesa. Žagalna enota in območje vpenjanja sta povsem zaprta s prozornim tečajnim, električno zaklenjenim pokrovom, ki zagotavlja polno varnost ob odlični preglednosti nad deloviščem. Dodatne varnostne funkcije vključujejo popolno zaščito zadnjega dela potiskalnega sistema ter varnostno potezno vrv po vsej dolžini vhodne mize. Programiranje in vnos rezalnih seznamov je enostaven preko upravljalnika Top 12, ki vključuje 12'' barvni zaslon na dotik – sodoben, robusten in zanesljiv krmilni sistem s številnimi naprednimi funkcijami, primeren za proizvodno ali obrtno okolje. Standardno je na voljo z USB- in ethernet-vmesnikom ter tremi stopnjami optimizacije, vključno z "zaporedjem desk" idealnim za ponavljajoče reze.
