These operate continuously and present an excellent solution for companies focused on process quality and repeatability. - For companies producing various items simultaneously or operating multiple booths with different colours, flexible solutions utilising non-powered conveyors are employed. This is the most expensive solution. All systems are custom-built according to customer specifications. Based on this, the PLC controller, together with the photocell, recognises the coated part and switches the guns on and off at precisely the right time—saving energy and powder. Vertical shape detection. By using light barriers with horizontal detectors, the PLC can analyse the vertical profile of a part. The PLC also controls the dwell time of the part in the gun chamber, allowing for selective activation and deactivation of the guns. Light barriers with multiple sensors, both horizontally and vertically, are also available. This facilitates precise measurement of workpiece dimensions, enabling manipulator operation as well.
