Die SWZ-Wasserabscheider trennen schwere Fraktionen (z. B. Nichteisenmetalle) von Kunststoffen im Recyclingprozess von Sekundärrohstoffen. Der SWZ-Separator ist mit einem vierteiligen Kupfer-Wassersystem mit radialen Düsen und variabler linearer Geometrie ausgestattet. Es wird die neueste, geteilte Trennmatte verwendet. Ein modernes Modul zur Vorfraktionierung und Materialaufbereitung garantiert eine sehr hohe Reinheit der zurückgewonnenen Rohstoffe in kurzer Zeit (Kunststoffe, Metalle). Wasser dient als Trägermedium und Kraft, wirkt also besonders schonend auf das Material ein. Im Wassersystem werden schwerere Partikel sanft ausgespült und getrennt – ohne Verluste während des gesamten Prozesses. Die Eigenschaften des Wassers, kombiniert mit unseren eigenen Lösungen, sind konventionellen z. B. Luftabscheidern, klar überlegen. Funktionsbeschreibung: Das zugeführte Material gelangt durch den Transportkanal zunächst zum Modul zur Vorfraktionierung, wo eine erste Trennstufe nach Masse und Feuchtigkeit erfolgt. Ein Teil wird bereits in diesem Schritt abgetrennt. Im zweiten Modulteil ändern sich die Feuchtigkeitswerte des übrigen Materials. Anschließend fällt das Material auf den Separationstisch zur Endfraktionierung. So entstehen auf beiden Seiten wertvolle, getrennte Fraktionen. Konstruktionsbeschreibung: Der massive Rahmen und der inertiale Antrieb sind aus speziell gewählten Werkstoffen gefertigt, um hohen Belastungen durch Vibrationen standzuhalten. Der stabile Rahmen sorgt für langjährige, störungsfreie Funktion. Durch den eingesetzten Vibrationsantrieb ist kein Bodenseparator erforderlich.
