The advantages of the Kortho GraphicJet 18P

The compact printhead and separate ink tank, combined with a variable standard mounting bracket, allow operation in virtually any position in your production process—whether labeling a box from above, a tray, or a paper sack from the side.

Each printhead can produce a print image up to 18 x 500 mm, fully customizable. One print image can include up to eight lines of text, logos, time and date, barcodes, batch numbers, and shift codes in a variety of display formats. The printable character height ranges from 1.5 mm to 18 mm per line. Text and graphical elements can appear both horizontally and vertically within one print image.

Automatic numbering

Batch numbers, sequential numbering, pallet numbering, and other variables in different formats. Multiple number codes can appear in one print image.

Automatic date coding

Best-before date, production date, and other variables in various formats—day of the year, day of the week, week of the year, in Arabic format. Multiple number codes possible per print image. A date can also be entered directly via the control unit.

Automatic time coding

Time is synchronized via the control unit's clock chip. Various display formats available. Multiple time codes can be shown in one print image.

Automatic shift codes

Up to 25 shift codes can be defined over a maximum of 7 days. Multiple shift codes can be included in a single print image.

Graphics

Logos can be imported as black-and-white bitmaps using the KIGS software. Multiple images are possible within one print image (depending on format size).
