Stanje: rabljeno, Gebrauchte komplette Abfülllinie für Wein sofort verfügbar: Diese gebrauchte Abfülllinie besteht aus gebrauchten Ausrüstungen und ist hauptsächlich für Stillwein geeignet. Die gebrauchte komplette Abfülllinie verfügt über einen isobarischen Monoblock, mit dem sowohl leicht perlende als auch Schaumweine abgefüllt werden können. Aktuell wird die Linie überwiegend für stillen Wein verwendet, jedoch auch gelegentlich für die Produktion von Schaumwein. Als Verschluss kommt hierbei ein klassischer Aluminium-Schraubverschluss zum Einsatz. Die gebrauchte komplette Abfülllinie für Wein arbeitet vollautomatisch vom Depalettierer bis zum Palettierer. Die Verpackung der Linie erfolgt über drei separate Maschinen zum Formen, Verpacken und Verschließen der "American Box" (amerikanische Faltschachtel). Im momentanen Betrieb der gebrauchten Abfülllinie sind drei Bediener erforderlich, zuzüglich einer Aushilfe für den Gabelstapler beim Be- und Entladen. Zusätzlich wird auch diverses gebrauchtes Zubehör für die Weinabfüllung mitgeliefert. Die Linie ist für 0,75-Liter-Bordeauxflaschen ausgelegt. Zur Reinigung der gebrauchten Linie wird Einwegdampf eingesetzt, der eine effektive Innen- und Hahnreinigung sicherstellt. Dienstleistungen für die gebrauchte Weinabfülllinie: Für diese komplette Wein-Abfülllinie bieten wir Demontage- und Verpackungsservice sowie auf Wunsch Wiederaufbau am Zielort. Gern erstellen wir auch ein Projekt für zusätzliche Formatteile für neue Flaschenformen. Na liniji se trenutno procesuiraju dvije veličine boca: 1,5 L i 3 L, no po potrebi je moguća i prilagodba za 0,75 L. Uz dodatnu nadoplatu, moguće je instalirati potrebnu opremu za ulaz i izlaz boca veličine 0,75 L. Dodpfx Abevguwle Hekn Uređaj sadrži stroj za zatvaranje saten čepova i stroj za navijanje aluminijskih navojnih čepova te etiketirku s osam glava i dvije stanice za samoljepljive etikete. Punjenje se vrši gravitacijom, namijenjeno mirnim tekućinama. Perilica služi za unutarnje i vanjsko pranje novih boca za jednokratnu proizvodnju. Redovito je održavana sva oprema na liniji, omogućujući ponovnu montažu bez kritičnih problema.
