Stroj je opremljen z vakuumskim sistemom, ki med procesom obdelave varno pritrdi obdelovance na transportni trak. Prva obdelovalna postaja je opremljena z brusno enoto. S to enoto se odstranjujejo ostri robovi in nepravilnosti z površine izdelka, obdelovanec pa se pripravi za naslednje obdelave. Nato se ostri robovi izdelka obdelujejo z oscilirajočimi krožnimi ščetkami. Ščetke obdelujejo konture in vdolbine obdelovanca iz različnih smeri, kar omogoča enakomerno zaokroževanje robov. Odvisno od uporabljenih ščetin se stroj lahko uporablja tudi za odstranjevanje oksidne plasti in zmanjšanje hrapavosti površine. Izvedba XL ima dodaten drugi brusni agregat. To omogoča izvedbo dodatne končne obdelave po odstranjevanju ostrih robov in zaokroževanju. Iodpfx Amezzlqnouebb Vse obdelovalne postaje je enostavno upravljati preko HMI-na zaslonu na dotik.
