With the SBM-L 1000 G1S2, operating in dry mode, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum can be processed in alternating operation. It deburrs and rounds the edges of the external and internal contours of stamped, laser-, fine plasma-, or waterjet-cut workpieces with a thickness of up to 50 mm on both sides in just one pass.

* Two grinding units, one each on the top and bottom, remove spatter and light burrs on outer and inner edges of sheet metal parts.
* In total, four sanding belts—two on the top and two on the bottom—process the sheets simultaneously on both sides. All edges are deburred or rounded, depending on the tool settings.
* Double-sided processing eliminates the need for time-consuming flipping of the workpieces and reworking.
* Each pair of units can be switched on/off and adjusted individually according to the application.

- High operational security with 3 password-protected user levels
- Integrated program memory
- USB / RJ45 interface for data exchange or external components (e.g., barcode scanner)
