We are selling 2 identical apple slicing machines, with a common feed tank and feed line.T his machine is suitable for processing various fruits such as: apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, persimmons, oranges with skin, kiwis, pineapples. It may be used for slicing into RING SLICES, SEGMENTS and CHUNKS with or without CORING and it may be used for producing WHOLE CORED fruit such as apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, etc.
It is therefore perfectly suitable for preparing fruit for the drying industry, for the confectionery and baking industry, for fresh fruit salads, for the snacks industry or for fruit preserves.

The machine is very simple and versatile in that it allows switching very quickly from RING-SLICING to SEGMENTING to CHUNKING (with or without CORING according to the type of fruit being processed) to CORING ONLY depending on your production needs. It allows changing very rapidly as well the thickness of slices, the number of segments, the dimension of chunks and the diameter of coring.
This machine is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel and it may be installed inline with other machines. Roundish fruit may be automatically fed, singulated in the loading area and then transferred onto the stainless steel conveyor equipped with an automatic orienting system, allowing automatic fruit alignment inside the tray hollows (automatic orienting system is suitable for apples, peaches, nectarines and leafless persimmons). Other types of fruit are manually positioned on the stainless steel conveyor. In the slicing section, a sharp and precise cut, which does not affect organoleptic qualities, guarantees maximum hygiene and healthy products. Here, fruit is sliced into RINGS or SEGMENTS or CHUNKS and/or CORED by means of interchangeable cutting units that allow varying slicing dimensions and coring diameter. Sliced fruit and vegetables are discharged on a belt conveyor. Cores fall underneath the working surface where a conveying belt, not included in the supply, may be installed to carry them out of the machine and discharge them into a collecting container. All safety guards may be easily removed thanks to quickly releasable interlocked hinges. This allows easy, quick and safe maintenance as well as thorough cleaning.
