SEMI-AUTOMATIC DRILLING SYSTEM “UNIBOHRFIX 50”

With the UniBohrFix 50 drilling unit, all profiles can be processed either using the end stop or with the gripper. Drilling is performed manually via the lever, while the materials automatically move along the X-axis to the next drilling position. Drill entire programs conveniently or work with the stop plate to quickly carry out single drillings. The system is suitable for weights up to 100 kg. The unit also includes a minimum quantity spray unit with holder and spray can.

Please refer to the table for the technical data of the standard version. If required, all components of the unit can be adapted to your needs. You can choose between different drilling machines, roller conveyors, positioning systems, and clamping vices. Plantec will configure the system so that it fits your needs perfectly!
