SEMI-AUTOMATIC DRILLING SYSTEM “UNIBOHRFIX 50”

With the UniBohrFix 50 drilling system, all types of profiles can be processed either against a stop or using the gripper. Drilling is carried out manually via a lever, while materials are automatically positioned to the next drilling point along the X-axis. You can easily process entire programs or use the stop plate for fast single-hole drilling. The system is suitable for workpieces up to 100 kg. The system also includes a minimum-quantity spray unit with holder and spray can.

Technical data for the standard version can be found in the table. On request, all components of the system can be customized to your requirements. You can choose from different drilling machines, roller conveyors, positioning systems, and clamping vices.
