Working principle:
- The parts to be processed are deburred, descaled, and derusted by friction against each other.
- The closed construction reduces noise emission during deburring to only 68 - 72 dB(A).
- The integrated dust extraction system automatically removes any dust generated during processing.
- Oily stamped and sawn parts can also be processed.
- For this process, sawdust is added to the drum.
- The dust extraction system can be individually switched on with a time delay relay.
- This ensures the parts are first de-oiled and dried.
- Only after this process does the dust extraction system automatically activate to vacuum the sawdust from the drum.
- Optimum processing is ensured by presetting the drum speed.
- The deburring machine LIMA-400 L can be installed at any location, provided a solid floor/foundation is available.
- After the process cycle, the drum stops in position for quick opening of the drum door.
- One process cycle takes approx. 20 minutes.
