Kuper ABP 310 - CNC

Fully automatic large-format edge polishing machine with CNC control and swiveling milling/polishing unit for finishing cut or pre-milled surfaces. The machine is suitable for transparent, technical, or decorative plastics (PMMA, PC, PETG, etc.) as well as for processing composite materials (PMMA with paper or aluminum).

The required process parameters can be conveniently selected via the integrated material library, based on the material to be processed and the desired surface finish. Tool recommendations and the required tooling setup for the specific process are also displayed.

The high precision of the polishing table minimizes streak formation during processing. Additional mounting points for side stops or further guiding aids allow for flexible adaptation to any product.
