Dieses Modell wurde 2014 von AMS FERRARI hergestellt und vereint Spülung, Füllung und Verschließung in einer einzigen mechanischen Einheit. Dadurch werden Handlingzeiten reduziert und die Stellfläche in mittelgroßen Abfüllbetrieben optimal genutzt. Kdodpew Ag Ndofx Adksi Mechanische und produktionstechnische Ausführung Der gebrauchte Füll-Monoblock AMS FERRARI 12/12/1 Baujahr 2014 verfügt über 12 Spülgreifer, 12 Füllventile und ein Verschließmodul mit zwei Köpfen. Die Maschine verarbeitet Flaschen von 0,33 bis 1 Liter im Uhrzeigersinn und eignet sich somit für verschiedene gebräuchliche Bierflaschenformate. Sie arbeitet mit einer Nennleistung von 1.800 Flaschen pro Stunde und ermöglicht durch den kontinuierlichen Betrieb einen stabilen und gleichmäßigen Produktionsablauf. Die Anlage wurde nach etwa 200 Betriebsstunden und einer Abfüllmenge von rund 300.000 Litern demontiert. Durch diese geringe Laufleistung weist das Equipment nur minimale mechanische Abnutzung auf; die zentralen Komponenten sind nahezu im Originalzustand erhalten.
