ISAR IPW200

The IPW 200 immersion pasteurizer is suitable for pasteurizing packaged fruit preparations (such as jams and preserves), fermented products (such as vinegar and beer), as well as pickled fruits and vegetables. Packaging must be heat-resistant, such as glass or heat-resistant plastic bags. The specific thermal treatment process, temperature, and duration depend on the respective product. Operation is manual. The tank is not insulated.
