Finger Jointing Line for Cross-Sections up to 200 cm² (80/240 mm or 100/200 mm), with the following components:

1. HOWIAL – Tilt Destacking Station - SH/4t - 1.75x1.75x6.00 m - 4 t – minimum length 2.50 m, semi-automatic singling of the package.
For tilting wood stacks up to 45°. Electrically driven. Maximum stack dimensions: 1.75 x 1.75 x 6.00 m.

2. HOWIAL – Lamella Singling Unit VE 1 to cross-cut saw. With pneumatically controlled tongues for sorting material marked for defects, placing it onto the underlying roller conveyor.

3. HOWIAL – Grading Roller Conveyor RO-1
Digital wood moisture measurement, control and recording system for automatic moisture detection and monitoring using the resistance method in cycle measurement mode.

4. Gann DMT-8
Digital wood moisture measurement, control, and recording system for automatic moisture detection and monitoring using the electrical resistance principle in cycle mode. Installed in a large control cabinet with inkjet printer.

5. HOWIAL – Cross-Cut Saw AS-30 B
Pneumatically operated under-table cross-cut saw with two automatic feed units and automatic cross-cutting. Control by special photo cell for detecting fluorescent line marks. Automated waste removal possible.

11. Finger Joint Test Machine BSPLT-100
Testing machine for finger joint bend test according to DIN 1052-1/A1 and EN 385. Adjustable support distances, built-in measuring scale, automatic calculation of support distances in software. Fully automatic test process triggered by mouse click on PC (not included). Alternatively, test process can be triggered by push-button on front panel. Connection to any standard PC or laptop (Win 2000/XP) via included RS232 serial cable. Fully automatic data acquisition and protocol generation in MS Excel with graphical representation.
