Simple program changes and tool adjustments via the 18.5" touch control panel. Short heating time for the GlueJet adhesive system, approx. 2 to 3 minutes, depending on glue type and ambient temperature. Always fresh glue thanks to the GlueJet application system and glue cartridges. Changing PUR glue and cleaning the system is quick and easy, taking only a few minutes. Axis adjustment via high-precision, repeatable servo motors. Special configuration for materials with protective film, such as high gloss and super matt finishes! One absolute highlight of the machine is the multifunction package, which proves especially beneficial for operations processing a variety of edge types. The DIA tools have a multi-stage design and can switch between radii and chamfers depending on requirements—from the longitudinal trimming unit and corner copying to profile scraping. The extendable workpiece support and extended infeed area provide additional support when handling large panels. A guidance system assists with feeding small workpieces into the machine.
