HOLZ-HER Edge Banding Machine ACCURA 1556 premium with intelligent equipment package for edge thicknesses up to 15mm. Program changes and tool adjustments are easily performed via the 18.5" touchscreen control panel.

The GlueJet adhesive system features a short heat-up time of approx. 2 to 3 minutes, depending on adhesive type and ambient temperature.

Always fresh glue thanks to the GlueJet application system and glue cartridges. PUR adhesive changeover and system cleaning are extremely simple and can be completed within minutes.

Axis adjustment is carried out by high-precision, repeatable servo motors.

One of the machine’s absolute highlights is the multifunction package, which proves especially valuable for workshops processing a wide variety of edge types. The DIA tooling is multi-stage and allows on-the-fly switching between radii and bevels—covering longitudinal milling, corner copying, and profile scraping.

The extendable workpiece support and extended infeed zone facilitate handling of large panels, and a guiding system helps feed small workpieces into the machine.
