The CF-400E/NC hydraulic press is part of the CF/NC series and has been specifically developed for the straightening of railway rails.
Equipped with an upper and lower table made of machined C45E steel featuring DIN-650 T-slots.
It utilizes an optimized hydraulic system operating at less than 255 bar, ensuring long service life and reliable performance.
Complies with all essential CE safety and health regulations.

FRAME AND TABLE:
• The C-frame (gooseneck) structure is electro-welded, made exclusively from S355JR steel.
• After welding, it is stabilized and machined to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Designed and calculated using finite element software.
• The upper table ensures perfect alignment with four side-mounted cylindrical guides (80 mm diameter) equipped with maintenance-free bi-metallic bushings.

CYLINDERS AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:
• Main single-acting cylinder with jacketed housing, chromed piston, and maintenance-free, wear-resistant guides.
• Two lateral double-acting cylinders with chromed pistons and wear-resistant guides for rapid approach and return speeds.
• Includes two independent hydraulic safety blocks.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with pre-fill valve for both advance and return. Pump with constant power and variable flow rate.
• Equipped with a directional control valve, pressure relief valve, decompression valve, and an air-oil cooling system.
• Glycerin pressure gauge with tonnage indicator.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
• Includes SIEMENS safety PLC, model SIMATIC S7 1200, and a 7-inch touchscreen HMI, model KTP-700 COMFORT, housed in the control cabinet. Allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic operation modes, power, stroke, and dwell time. Storage for up to 300 recipes, each capable of saving all preset values.
• Electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-checking. Includes an additional safety block and self-monitoring systems for operations and safety. Inclusive of verification and certification of correct function and safety distance for light curtains.
• Operation is via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.
• For safety, category IV laser and working area protection with light curtains are integrated.
