Opis

1 overhauled table polishing machine / table polishing automaton, manufacturer HAU, model T1500 (max. part length 1500 mm), with 1 polishing station model PES/3 and one control cabinet.

The table was disassembled, inspected for damage (defective parts were replaced), cleaned and repainted. The guide shafts were newly mounted and a new gearbox installed.

Disc width max. 400 mm, max. disc diameter 400 mm.
The station was completely dismantled, inspected for damage (defective parts replaced), cleaned and repainted. The polishing shaft was completely relubricated, including slide bush bearing. The oscillation unit was also newly sealed. New motor, pulleys and drive belts installed.

1 new control cabinet for operating the above-described system. Table speed and polishing wheel speed can be regulated via frequency inverter.
